About

Meet Alice

Yoga as a way from darkness to light: from heavy to light, one breath at a time.

Alice has been practicing yoga for ten years and has been teaching for five. She discovers yoga in India at 25, she is struck by a sense of physical lightness, euphoria and peace, as if she felt truly alive for the first time.

In London, at 27, Alice’s practice becomes more regular and steady. In the studios of Triyoga London Alice tries with infinite curiosity styles and teachers, among those that have most impressed her:

  • Vinyasa
  • Iyengar
  • Qi gong
  • Restorative yoga
  • Yin yoga
  • Somatic movement

Alice’s practice and teaching develop in this direction. She deepens her practice with the first training courses:

  1. 2016A course of foundations for yoga (48 h) with Susanna Hoffman at the studios of Triyoga London.
  2. 2017–2019A two-year teacher training course (390 h) with Jean Hall and Mimi Kuo-Deemer, with specialization in vinyasa, at the studios of Triyoga London.

For Alice, yoga is a journey within yourself. Precious time and space to re-connect. Exploration of breath, body and mind as tools for one’s own well-being. A slow and constant commitment and work of awareness. An opportunity for personal knowledge, growth and transformation.

Graduated in Design at the Politecnico di Milano, she previously worked in the communication sector in Milan and in the community & wellness sector in London.
